Gentle Yoga

This gentle flowing yoga will support you with modified yoga poses and breath work.

Wednesdays

11am - 12:00pm

Chair Yoga

This class will be supported by the use of a chair. We will start slow and support our way through a gentle yoga series.

All Welcoming Yoga

This vinyasa style yoga class is open to all levels of experience. We will explore our breath, movement, and a variety of yoga poses.

Private Session

I am offering

Private (1 person) and

Semi-Private (2-4 people) 

virtual yoga sessions which will be created especially for you and your needs. Prior to our session we will have a consultation to discuss your needs, questions, and concerns. I will then create a specific and unique yoga session personally for you.

Thursdays

7-11:00 am

Private (1 person) $50

Semi-Private

(2-4 people) $40 total

Rooted 

Meditation

This class will begin with some gentle joint movements to create warmth and awaken energy. After this we will be prepared to sit comfortably for our meditation journey.

1st Friday of Every Month

Yin Yoga

This style of yoga is a series of seated and reclined poses which are held for a few minutes to ease into connective tissues. This style of yoga is relaxing and meditative.

Last Sunday of Every Month
