Through meditation and mindfulness practice we can cultivate love, acceptance, empathy, and compassion for ourselves and others. These practices help to 're-wire' our brains and our responses to situations. I will provide written and guided meditations here for you to incorporate into your day. It only take a few minutes every day to make big changes. I encourage you to consistently practice any given meditation for at least a week to feel any subtle shifts. Consistent practice will help to cultivate your inner longing for a mindful lifestyle.
