Service Description
During our initial 90 minute Ayurveda Consultation we will take a deep dive into the ancient practices of Ayurveda, discussing the elements, dosas, seasons, self-care, and daily routines. We will discuss your current diet and lifestyle and how Ayurveda can invite balance. We will then schedule a follow up session to discuss your integration of Ayurveda and how to continue to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy required for all initial and follow up consultations. If you contact me within 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation you will get a full refund or credit toward rescheduled consultation. If you cancel your scheduled consultation after 48 hours you will receive 50% of your investment refunded or credited toward rescheduled consultation. If you don’t inform me of your cancelation and are a “no show” you will not receive any refund of your investment.
