Spring has officially sprung

Here Comes the Sun (do-da-do-do)~~~and cue my favorite Beatles song.........



Do you feel like getting outside? Do you feel like movin' and groovin'? I know I do!!


The beauty of our virtual setting together is that you have the freedom to take your yoga outdoors. You can take your device to your deck or your favorite spot in your yard or garden and enjoy yoga in nature. In our yogic lifestyles we are encouraged to live with, take care of, and enjoy nature. I invite you to take a yoga class outside this Spring season and really embrace the beauty of nature, (before the heat of Summer rolls in and before the bugs really wake up). The Spring sun feels so good after a long Winter and the bird songs calm the mind and spirit.

If practicing outdoors isn't your thing I totally understand! I do hope you will practice in a sunny room with the windows open to soak up some of nature's love.

We will also invite some movin' and groovin' into our yoga practice and shake off the Winter stagnation.
