Sip, breathe, sip, breathe

We are in the dept of our cold winter season, but I hope you are finding ways to stay warm and well. During this time of year I enjoy curling up with a soft blanket, a good book, and a hot cup of tea. I also enjoy meditating with my hot water and coffee in the morning. There's nothing like tuning into the present moment while holding your hot coffee and truly tasting each sip with pure appreciation and gratitude. I invite you to try it! There is a beautiful shift when we allow ourselves to be present with these little blessings throughout our day. The day becomes more special and we start to find and live within these precious moments of gratitude. Want to bring more of this into your day?
