Pause and Breathe


Happy Day!


This year has greeted us with many emotions and choices to how we respond to life. My hope is that your yoga practice has helped you find peace and opened your heart to lead the way. If your practice has slipped away, don't stress, each breath is a new beginning and a fresh place to start again. I know that during stressful times self-care often takes a back seat in our lives, but may I encourage you to take time for you, whether it is your yoga practice or simply a couple minutes to stop, to breathe, and reconnect with yourself. I have found this to be a powerful way to keep my inner peace, no matter what is going on around me. Those moments that I have ignored that inner voice telling me to slow down is when I have experienced internal upset and break-downs or crashes.


It is so important to take time to pause and breathe. I hope you are able to weave in these precious moments throughout the year ahead and if possible join me for a yoga or meditation class.
